Neither PR Global Reservations LLC, being authorized to distribute and commercialize accommodation services of Palace Resorts, nor Palace Resorts themselves, shall be liable for problems related to air transportation service, including but not limited to flight delays, lateness, cancellations, or technical failures. Guests are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport and must comply with airline regulations. They are also responsible for covering fees related to reservation modifications, missed flights, and confirming flight details 72 hours prior to travel. Special assistance requests (e.g., mobility or wheelchairs) must be made directly with the airline. Guests are responsible for verifying and covering any additional airline fees, including luggage, seat assignments, upgrades, and food or beverages.
